LTC Bulletin: California Long-Term Care Insurance Task Force Completes Actuarial Analysis Phase An updated LTC Bulletin has been published providing some background information on the state LTC activities in California. It’s important to know that no legislation has been introduced yet in California. However, this most recent step by the Task Force, of publishing an actuarial report, provides data upon which lawmakers can utilize to base the financial impacts of various plan design scenarios in legislation they may draft.
